Katy Bradshaw works on Tuesdays.
She graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine with a BSc in Acupuncture in 2008 and practices a style of acupuncture that draws on both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Elements acupuncture. She has also undertaken further study in fertility and pain management techniques.
Following 10 years in practice she has experience in treating people with a wide range of physical and mental health issues and she is particularly interested in helping people to achieve emotional as well as physical health and well-being.
Working at the clinic has had such a positive impact on her as a practitioner. She says “I absolutely love the sense of community felt amongst both practitioners and patients. Also the experience I have gained from the patients and learning from other practitioners has really enhanced my skills. Most of all it feels incredibly rewarding to provide treatment for people at an affordable level”.
Before training as an acupuncturist Katy worked in a management role in the public sector.
Katy lives in Brighton with her husband and two small children. When she’s not working she can usually be found at home with her children. They love to bake, potter in the garden, listen to music, walk in the woods and go to the park.
