Jackie became an acupuncturist after having treatment herself and being completely blown away by the unexpected benefits she experienced, not only on a physical level, but also emotionally as well.
She became fascinated to find out more and has since trained in both Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine styles of acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. Jackie graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture. She then went on to gain a Diploma in Tui Na.
Jackie feels privileged to be able to use acupuncture for a range of physical and emotional symptoms enabling healing to take place in a profound and natural way. She is particularly excited to be working in a Community Acupuncture clinic offering high quality affordable healthcare.
In her spare time, Jackie loves walking on the Downs and swimming (in the sea if it’s not too cold!). She also likes to practice ‘qigong’, a gentle form of movement and breathing, practised for thousands of years in China designed to benefit health on many different levels.
