Catherine additionally works for the Royal Free Hospital in London, practising acupuncture on both staff and patients. Previously she worked as a sports/remedial massage therapist for twelve years, and also do Thai and pregnancy massage, as well as manual lymphatic drainage, which together form many years of experience in complementary therapy.

Alongside acupuncture, Catherine enjoys yoga and Qigong, walking, swimming and reading.  As well as watching TV and eating chocolate!
